Received the Pleco's a few minutes ago-all active and well.  Thank you for sending me such nice fish, I look forward to seeing them full grown-they are beautiful (if a Pleco can be beautiful-LOL).

Dear Joe, You are the man!  All 3 females arrived healthy and perky.
I took a long time acclimating them to my water while I
cleaned their new home.  I finally introduced them to the
male and he perked up and colored inside 30 sec.  Since
they are wild females, I am hoping they can take care of
themselves a bit better, but I have provided a stack of
plastic tubes for shelter.
I am amazed.  I have lost smaller fish in bigger bags
that got here faster.  You really know what you're doing.

Joe in California sent me 3 fully-grown wild mbuna females that
took 3 days to reach me.  He shipped each in a bag that we would normally
use to take guppies to auction and they all arrived live and very healthy.
They are still doing great today.
Here is how he prepares the water for shipment:
>fresh tap water 80 f dosed with ship shape and then Bag Buddies and then
>Hypno, 5 gal water solution is then oxygenated with air stone as I pack fish
>with it. Been good for 7 days and most fish live. fish not to be fed 3 days prior to
>packing, Last feed each week is Thursday on outbound fish for Monday.

Joe, What can I say....other than I am an extremely happy customer!!!!! It was quite the ordeal acclimating them, one guy went right in the tank by accident. The game plan was to put them in a bucket with water from the tank that's temperature had dropped, I actually matched the temp from the bag...it was 74 degrees. Well, long story short, they all did just fine. Again, the fish are a tribute to you, very healthy! An extremely happy customer, Dirk (9/30/2009)

Dear Joe, In regards to the breeder group of F1 Pundamilia nyererei red mwanza's I picked up from you. After getting them set-up and acclimated to the water I released them just within a few minutes the females were fighting for dominance. I should also add the color on my young male was incredible. I find myself watching my tank more then my TV. Lol. Thanks again and keep up all the great work, I can't wait to come up and pick a few more females. Thanks again sincerely your new vic friend.
